COMPANY BACKGROUND
EJF Solutions uses the symbol of the diamond to represent its company. The word diamond is from the ancient Greek ἀδάμας – adámas, meaning "unbreakable", proper", "unalterable”, which was derived from the fact diamonds have the highest hardness and thermal conductivity of any bulk material and can only be contaminated by very few types of impurities. EJF Solutions is founded on the principle of doing God’s will. EJF Solutions is about putting God first in our lives and our work rather than having to choose between one or the other. Some aspects of this concept include being Honest, having Integrity, performing to the best of our ability at all times to produce the best Quality, and treating others with Respect. The use of the diamond as part of the Company name is to provide a constant reminder we will not waiver from God’s will and the pursuit of perfection in order to achieve excellence.
